Eurotium cristatum is known as “金花” (Jinhua) in Chinese tea traditions. It develops during controlled fermentation and gives the tea its distinctive character.

The tea is milled into a fine plant-based powder and portioned into 30 individual 2g sachets — easy to carry, easy to measure, and easy to make part of a real day.
